It starts with you sending The Custom Specialist a message showing your interest in some personalised kicks. Then one of our team will be in touch with you and if you wish to continue we will take a small deposit and then begin with the design process, we will go back and forth with you on the design process and when you are happy we will take the rest of the payment and send you your very own custom shoes right away!

If you have some idea's of your own please attach any details, drawings, photos, video links along with your email we will incorporate your style into your customs, to make the perfect kicks just for you!

We will get to work on your custom kicks as soon as we have received payment of the deposit, the design process shouldn't take long but it depends on you the customer as soon as you are happy with your design we will send them off to you right away, that being said...more complex designs will take a longer time. Once complete Orders will be delivered by the next day if you live in the UK and up to 5 days for other shipping locations.
